LEAVING SITE

Parents and carers of students in our provision are able to request permission for their child to be granted permission to arrive and leave RAISE-AP without adult supervision. If you wish to request this, please give your permission via the form below. 

No student will be allowed to leave unaccompanied without completion of this form. If there are any times when this permission needs to change, please inform us as soon as possible.

RAISE-AP is not obliged to agree to a student walking home or to a designated place, unaccompanied by a parent or carer if we feel it is not in the child’s best interests. In such instances, the Head of Provision will discuss this with the parent or carer.
