RAISE-AP staff profiles are shown below.

EDUCATIONAL DIRECTOR

RAISE-AP was founded in 2025 by Craig McAllister. Craig has been a lead pastoral member, a Head of School and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at his previous SEN school.

LEAD TEACHER

The RAISE-AP Lead Teacher is Tracy Raufi, who has been a teacher in SEN schools for over ten years as well as most recently being an Assistant Headteacher of a SEN provision.

PROVISION STAFF
